Menstrual Hygiene Workshop and Menstrual Cup Donation - Thabo Secondary School

For this workshop, we collaborated with SACAP psychology students to conduct a menstrual hygiene workshop for the young ladies at Thabo Secondary School. In this workshop, we covered the importance of being aware of your emotions during or before your periods. The ladies were given tools on how to manage their emotions during this time and also be aware of the changes that are taking place in their bodies during this time.
